Inside the Box

Just like Peter Cottontail, the garden-munching rabbit, Poway-based Lisa Singer and her family have a taste for yummy organic produce.  And it was the love of goodies fresh from the garden that led her to create Gardens To Gro, ready-made and rabbit-proof raised vegetable beds.  Now, instead of scurrying from store to store in search of fresh produce and herbs, you can merely stroll out to your fenced and gated veggie garden and pick your bounty.

Gardens To Gro offers three models, featuring 12- or 24-inch raised beds, controlled self-watering irrigation and a choice of redwood or plastic siding (available in various colors), made from recycled milk jugs.  All gardens can be installed in a day with 90 percent of Gardens To Gro customers opting for installation.  Prices start at $1,425 for a self-installed garden.
